Zenfone Max with 5000 mAh battery announced
At the Zen Festival in Delhi, ASUS Chairman Jonney Shih announced the Zenfone Max. The Zenfone Max is powered by a ginormous 5000 mAh battery. The mobile can also act as a powerbank to charge other devices. On the specifications, the Zenfone Max is powered by Snapdragon 410 chipset with a 1.2 GHz quad core processor and a 2 GB RAM. It has 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded by the microSD card slot. The Zenfone Max has a 5.5 inch 720p display protected by corning gorilla glass 4. It has a standard 13 MP primary camera and a 5 MP front camera. The rear camera is assisted by Laser autofocus, which is now becoming a standard in all Zenfones. The price of Zenfone Max was not announced, however we expect it to be priced at around Rs 15k.
