We really doubt if paying 2k rupees for a phone with such form factor and basic specs is needed. Jio Phone was meant for those who just need a phone that can open Whatsapp. Also, the phone is handy. The second variant is give smartphone like feeling and given that one can get much better phones by paying aroudn 4k or 5k, we are not sure if buying the Jio Phone 2 is a good idea.
